Tutors
​The tutoring team provide assistance for the tutoring program and assistance with college preparatory for participants,  Students may also participate in classes regarding motivation and self esteem; goal setting; basic stress management; basic nutrition; conflict management and problem solving skills.  This group provides much-needed--and appreciated--support to the academic component of the Ranch program.

Events
​The event team plans and organizes the Ranch fundraising & Work day events at the farm.  This group enjoys planning, organizing and creating yearly and monthly events and are able to do so practically in their sleep!

Gardening
​The gardening team oversees the Ranch garden and grounds surrounding the house and barn  to ensure they are all taken care of.  This team also assists in designing and maintaining the vegetable garden where girls are taught how to raise and enjoy their own food. These awesome volunteers enjoy sharing their skills whether they be learning first-hand themselves or a very experienced gardener! Join us and get your hands dirty with us!

Equine Team
Horses create a bridge for people working through issues.  The program at the Ranch is about relationships with people and horses. The equine team manages the care of the horses at the farm.  This committee is comprised of wonderful feeders, horse assistants and equine specialists.

Groundskeeper/Handyman
​This team assists in keeping the grounds sharp!  If you enjoy being outdoors and are handy with a hammer, weedeater, sprayer or a tractor, this team is for you.

Food Team
​The food team provides breakfast and/or lunches for the girls on Saturday and after-school snacks during the week.
