Most of our 'horse angels' are rescued with heartbreaking stories of abuse and neglect. This story of redemption opens hearts and helps create a significant bond between hurting people and horses.
Kidnapping, sexual assault, bullying, abuse and neglect are just some of the traumas youth now face.
God sees relationships as priceless and so do we!
We support at-risk youth ranging in age from 8-20+ who struggle with crisis like trauma, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, cancer, suicide, poverty or who are living in foster or group homes.
Abuse and neglect are some of the most pressing concerns of our time and the effects of the pandemic heightened this issue. At the ranch, experiential equine (horse) assisted learning with rescued horses assists at-risk youth suffering from abuse find healing and for some is their only hope for moving forward with their life.
Why not allow God into the brokenness?
Volunteers support the ministry's free services, it's horses and property. Various teams from tutoring, mentoring, feeding, property and cleaning--to development, hospitality and gardening all evolve from the desire to serve others and glorify God. The Bible tells us in Isaiah 55:8, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' declares the Lord."
Equine Therapy
Equine therapy is a rather new industry where horses assist in healing people. Through the experience of connecting deeply with ourselves and others, God opens hearts, heals old wounds and brings hope into our lives through extraordinary relationships with horses.

The lessons we’ve learned about patience, trust, regulation, and love - extend far beyond the barn. The horses have taught us how to be present, how to listen with our hearts, and how to find healing through connection.
What began as a simple visit to the ranch has turned into a journey of restoration, reminding us that true healing happens when we allow God, nature, and compassion to work together.
