DIXIE

AN ANGEL IN HORSE HAIR

Dixie is a Tennessee Walking Horse mare rescued after a wound on her leg became infected. She was nursed back to health and became the first 'Angel in Horse Hair' to join the ranch family. Dixie stands at 16 hands and is one of the socialites with visitors and participants. Her favorite past-time is eating and being brushed!​

SHADOW

AN ANGEL IN HORSE HAIR

Shadow is a quarter horse gelding who knows first-hand about starvation and neglect. He was abandoned at a home for sale without water or food, rescued and nurtured back to health. Even though people have disappointed him, we've watched Shadow warm up to kids at the ranch and even play with the ranch toys!

HANK

AN ANGEL IN DONKEY HAIR

Hank is a gelding donkey rescued after starvation and neglect and being sent from auction to auction. He was rescued and nurtured back to health and is a popular 'angel' at the ranch! Hank loves people, attention and is a great 'boundary' activity team player!​

TROOPER

AN ANGEL IN HINNEY HAIR

Trooper is a gelding hinny joining the ranch family as the 'new kid on the block'. He was rescued after not being cared for properly and is the ranch's most curious since he loves 'exploring'!​
